I'm Arlene Santiago, a working mother of three who also works as a health and fitness coach. My goal is to give mothers and active adults the confidence to overcome any obstacle life throws at them.


I'm here for the ladies who, in the chaos of everyday life, tenaciously balance job and family while occasionally choosing fast food. I support mothers who put the needs of others before their own.

My special method involves re-adjusting the brain-body relationship to bring about immediate relief. I support holistic well-being, stressing the value of both physical and mental fitness in addition to mental and emotional well-being. I hope that my motto, "Live your life, don't let life run you," will encourage self-reliance and empowerment. Beyond the training sessions, I offer insightful advice and practical wellness techniques. I sincerely love and am committed to supporting customers in obtaining observable and long-lasting outcomes.


My Why!

Seeing loved ones suffer from diseases that may have been prevented is a powerful source of inspiration. Even though we may have hereditary predispositions, many illnesses can be prevented, as demonstrated by the heartbreaking experiences of hospital stays, falls, an onslaught of prescriptions, weakness, and fainting episodes.


I consciously decided to change the course of my life. I will not accept a future when prescription drugs and hospitals rule the world. Rather, I want to stay busy and keep up with my kids and, hopefully, my grandkids in the future.


My goal is to help ladies overcome their bad eating habits so they can have healthier lives in the future. In my capacity as a trainer, I've seen the difficulties my clients encounter while attempting to alter their diets in the face of a world full with temptations. Exercise and nutrition are important, but I've decided to concentrate on supporting women in developing resilient mindsets in order to assist them develop healthy eating habits.


 Together, we can empower change in the world.
