You are never too old, frail to get results from exercising. You will have more energy — and more energy to exercise — more often. You may have experienced health issues. Could those problems be prevented or assisted by exercising? There’s a big possibility.

Classes (on Zoom) are on Tuesdays and Thursdays @ 9:30am CST. If you are not able to attend class LIVE, a replay (of me instructing) will be available for 48 hours in our private FB group and sent via email.
Stretch & Strength (for active agers or beginners) is designed to increase flexibility, balance and range of movement. This class will move your whole body through a series of seated and standing exercises using a chair for support. Poses are modified so those with health restrictions, decreased range of motion and physical challenges can enjoy the benefits.
